A really crappy day's work
Sorry I haven’t posted in a while, crazy few days.
Ben glanced at his rearview mirror, and hazarded a glance at his partner, Deputy Tyler “Tang” Williams. Williams was a young veteran of the Afghanistan conflict, tall, fair-skinned, with an Irish complexion and temper. The two got along like a house on fire, much to the chagrin of their commanders. Ben had joined the Marines to get through...
Destressing, Redux
Once again, I give you all my literary doodling. Enjoy, or don’t. Have a nice evening and stay classy San Diego!
Ben’s three months of training had tremendous effects on his body, he thought as he looked at his naked body in the mirror. He had a ton of new scars, including his favorite, a white-hot line running from the knuckle of his middle finger to just below midway on his right...
Destressing
A lot of people have bizarre ways to wind down after a rough day. Me? I write. To be specific, I write short stories. They’re all kind of along the same story line. The characters are a blend of real and fictional, but the real ones are six years older than they currently are. Math Class
For some reason, I think of my math teacher not by the things he\s taught me, but by the noises he makes. You see, Mr. Math Teacher is very african and his noises are some of the most jovial things ive ever heard. They range from a whoop that he uses when you’ve done something wrong to a low growl when you’ve angered him.
A Love Story
I realized I’ve mentioned my girlfriend without exactly explaining who she is or our story. It’s actually one of the coolest stories I have to tell, and it’s one that I’m proud of.
I met Meghan the first day of my sophomore year. She was this tiny, cute girl sitting next to me in my 2nd block geometry class. I assumed she was a freshman, so I left her alone for the most...
My Weekend
So I had a fairly eventful weekend. Firefighting, Romance, Food, High-Speed Hijinks, you name it, I did it.
Friday afternoon I suited up for duty but first stopped over at my girlfriend’s house to help set up for a “movie night”; a bunch of our friends were coming over for pizza and a movie so she needed to rearrange furniture to fit everyone in. After the whole crew arrived, I...

New Guy In Town
So I finally decided to start blogging. Here I am! I suppose for anyone to follow me, I should introduce myself.
In many ways, I am the most stereotypical teenager you can imagine. I own an xbox 360, and every single one of the Call Of Duty games starting with Modern Warfare, the original. I sleep in most weekends and walk around my house, soda in one hand, chips in the other. I hang out with the...
